Heartland Systems and Services Process Improvement Network (HSPIN) is a group of professionals who share a common interest
in quality assurance, process engineering, and process improvement. The HSPIN is a forum for the free and open exchange
of process improvement experiences, knowledge, and ideas.
HSPIN is open to members of industry, government, academia, and other professional organizations. HSPIN is committed to
each member achieve greater quality and higher levels of process maturity through an active program of networking, publications,
